RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER: Please check your items that you receive in your order. If there are any discrepancies, please notify me within right away via email so that I can correct the issue. Failure to communicate may affect the refund or replacement. If I have made an error or we have a miscommunication please contact me right way via email.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All returned products must be in their original condition, that is unaltered and free from mechanical defects, that is you can't remove jump rings or components. I will issue a credit to your PayPal account after I receive the returned products. You will receive a refund for the item less the shipping costs paid.
REFUNDS: If there is an overage between the actual shipped and what the mailing cost shows, I will refund any difference over $2.00. I guarantee, my workmanship against normal wear and tear for a period of 9 months. All my items are high quality components.
RETURN OF ITEMS: All items that require mechanical adjustments, must remain in their unaltered condition they were originally shipped as. The customer is advised not to alter, use mechanical pliers, or glue to change the structure. If the customer makes any changes, the risk is their. Thank you for the understanding. If you are not happy with your item, or you want to choose another color in the same item of 'equal value' depending on my current inventory. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you must cancel your order, please notify me via email. If it isn't in the processing/shipping stage we are happy to cancel you order and refund your money. Please note that we will not refund the .30 fee that PayPal charges for the transaction.
